"I did not have a great experience with this office. I initially had help with Kelly as my rep but in the end, I was not content with her and how she assisted me. Initially, when she was trying to get our business, of course someone is so excited and happy because they’re trying to get a new client, I had some unforeseen circumstances happened to me after and had issues with my coverage that when I reached out for help I got the runaround. I was told I’ll get a call back. Never got a call back after that then when I did call back after various times and finally got through to someone for help I was placed on hold just so that what the rep said Kelly could get the commission again for a new plan basically versus the agent that was on the phone. Specifically told him I did not want Kelly to help me and I was OK with just moving forward for him to to just put me on hold for 5 minutes and saying oh Kelly actually just finished thinking I wouldn’t notice. Then I was given an outrageous quote, which by the tone of her voice when she gave it to me, sounded like she just wanted to give me something that obviously I would not take and get me off the phone. It was very condescending. Her tone was not rude but did not take it as professional if anything it was very insulting trying to sound like she was being nice and helpful. When it wasn’t helpful at all. I would not recommend this office at all. They will get your business and not communicate with you. Sure, I may be one of hundreds of clients, but I had this call with them three weeks ago and it’s still bothering me. So that just goes to show how rude and unwelcoming they can make someone feel. I will not delete this review no matter how many five star reviews they have because this experience was not that. Save yourself the stress."

Not only did she answer ALL of my questions and was extremely helpful from a business standpoint, she talked to me Mom to Mom.
